ARA Integrated Maintenance Services (AIMS) System
The ARA Group developed the ARA Integrated Maintenance Services (AIMS) System to record and manage all maintenance work performed for our clients. AIMS is a comprehensive and advanced web-based asset and maintenance management tool that provides:
- Asset Management - Asset auditing, barcoding and tracking using a PDA - provides fast, accurate and consistent results.
- Asset Maintenance Management - planned and reactive maintenance works are automatically scheduled and recorded using the PDA with in-built barcode scanner.
- Customer Portal - total visibility of all assets and maintenance activities through a secure, real-time web portal.
ARA Group companies use AIMS to manage and control the scheduling, tracking and execution of all service, maintenance and inspection activities for their clients. The ARA Group continually invests in the AIMS software in order to increase its capabilities and to meet our clients’ changing requirements as their businesses expand.
